ROIC Test System
Complete system for testing and characterizing a sophisticated high-speed readout IC (ROIC).
This system is used to test a fully custom infrared image sensor ROIC. It interfaces to the ROIC via high-speed 8b/10b SerDes data pipes and LVDS SPI control.
It also interfaces to a test PC via CoaXPress. CoaXPress enables high-speed data retrieval directly into MATLAB for further analysis and characterization.
The PC system can also issue CoaXPress control commands which enable:
- ROIC configuration
- ROIC timing adjustment
- Power supply and bias supply level adjustments
- Monitoring supply currents and actual supply levels
