By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

About the Website

The Website provides information about Tecphos, our capabilities, products, projects, and how to contact us. Content on the Website is for general informational purposes and does not, by itself, create a contract for products, IP licenses, consulting, or other services.

Any sale of products, licensing of FPGA IP or software, custom development, or other commercial engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, quotation, order, or license between you and Tecphos. Those documents control if they conflict with these Website Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the Website, Tecphos, or other users. You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, related systems, or networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Website or its infrastructure
  • Introduce malware, scrapers, or automated access that burdens the site unreasonably
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us

Product and technical information

Descriptions of products, FPGA IP, specifications, performance, compatibility, and availability on the Website are provided as general information and may change. Actual deliverables, features, support, and warranties are defined only in the applicable commercial or license documents.

Nothing on the Website is professional engineering advice for a specific design. You are responsible for evaluating suitability for your application.

Inquiries and contact forms

If you submit information through the Website contact form or other channels, you agree to provide accurate contact details and a legitimate business or personal purpose. We may use that information to respond as described in our Privacy Policy.

Submitting an inquiry does not obligate Tecphos to provide a quotation, enter a contract, or disclose confidential information.

Tecphos does not control third-party sites or services and is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. BECAUSE THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, THAT AMOUNT IS ZERO. YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE WEBSITE IS TO STOP USING THE WEBSITE.
